Refund and cancellation policy

This page explains how cancellations and refunds work, both for agency services and for our software subscriptions. It applies alongside the written agreement covering your engagement.
Agency services
- Project work is quoted in writing with stages and payment points. If you cancel part-way, you pay for work completed and committed costs up to the cancellation date; any balance you have already paid is refunded within 14 working days.
- Monthly retainers (SEO, ads management, social media) run month to month unless the agreement says otherwise. Either side may end them with 30 days' written notice. The month in progress is not refundable, because the work and the media spend have already been committed.
- Third-party costs we pay on your behalf — advertising spend, stock imagery, domains, hosting, licences — are not refundable once incurred.
Software subscriptions
- Our products are offered with a free trial so you can decide before paying. We encourage you to use it.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the cycle you chose. You may cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for; we do not charge you again after that.
- We do not refund part-used subscription periods, except where we have failed to provide the service as agreed.
- If we discontinue a product, we refund the unused portion of what you have paid.
If something has gone wrong
If you are unhappy with the work or believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us first and we will look into it. We answer within 7 working days. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method within 14 working days of agreement.
Taxes
All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Refunds are made net of any taxes already remitted to the authorities, as the law requires.
